Face to Face with the past I am again,
But today everything is in vain,
No tears left,
No signs of sorrow,
No fears emerging,
Not even hands trembling,
Where did it all disappear?
I am not sure,
But deep down within me,
I feel pain taking a turn,
Silently in sleep,
Breathing a sigh,
Of how horrible the time was,
Sending tremors all over,
But nothing devastating occurs now,
I question why?
Does it not hurt anymore?
My guardian angel answer’s,
Memories are not baggage's,
That can be left behind,
But support, love, care, prayers, and ever lasting bonds,
Gave you the strength,
And put your pains to sleep…
